Prior to any type of bodywork, be it massage or Aquatic therapy, a consultation with the therapist is necessary and a HEALTH ASSESMENT QUESTIONAIRE MUST BE COMPLETED.

Several sessions might be required to achieve your goals. As a general rule, you should consider a course of six to eight, to begin to see real change. Long-standing health issues will take longer to improve.
A session takes between 45 minutes to 90 minutes depending on what you need, either in water or land based. We will discuss this on our initial assesment
You should never have to leave a session feeling strung out, upset and unsupported, if you have any concerns, please ask.
As a result of working with the whole body and a sign that body is responding to the body work, healing reactions might happen.
It is normal if you feel mild discomfort, tired or dizzy, spaced out, feeling lightheaded. Coughing, chilliness, aches and pains or unexpected emotions. but they usually dissapear after a couple of days.
