Ai Chi ® is a water based series of flowing, active movements (katas) based on Tai Chi and Qi Gong. 

It combines your own breathing pace followed by a progressive sequence of gentle positions in water. 

Encourages mindful breathing, aids in physical rehabilitation, and helps with Fear of water. (Wall Ai-Chi). 

It integrates physical and mental well-being bridging together Western and Eastern philosophies stretching the meridians related to the different systems, organs and functions of the body.
